The last few weeks have presented some wonderful opportunities to be able to teach. The first opportunity was to teach around 20 former students from the Angaza Bible School. Every 4-5 months former students are invited to have more teaching online to refresh them and keep them developing.
Will’s chosen topic was biblical meditation. We had a fruitful time looking at how meditation fuels transformation and then broke into groups for discussion and prayer.
Last weekend Will was invited by Faith Bible Church in Tirana to speak on the book of Ruth at their church weekend away. Will took 5 sessions on this wonderful part of Scripture and concentrated on the providence of God in hard times. We also had discussion times about the sessions and aQ and A time that was very fruitful indeed.
Apart from teaching Will was able to have many conversations with members of the church about pastoral issues and questions they had about the Bible. It was a great delight to talk to earnest believers who have such a thirst for the Word and seriousness about spiritual things.
Pray that God would continue to build this church and that we will have many more opportunities like this to invest in God’s people. Pray for the pastor of this church, Fabi, struggling with ill health and another full time elders, Mario as he invests in pre teens and does evangelism.
